What you are describing is a halberd or hally. Halberds are members only so if your're a member you can get one.

thats sounding familer now...and yes i am a member...and how much do they cost i was told 40k then i was told 90k help plz.

addy haly is 40k rune is 90-100k and dragon is 200-400k normally 400k and they are excellent to train with if you can afford one

Halberds are great, especially the dragon halberd, but you have to do the regicide quest first (if i remember) oh and the shop there sells all the hallys, dragon one becomse available after you complete the quest

dragon halberd is really cool!!!
i have never had it, but i hear the special effect (or special attack) is supposed to either two quick smashs or like one attack that is stronger or attacks without missing i think the two hits smash is for dragon dagger though
