No, it wasn't a mistake or problem, I suspended him until further notice. Im tired of his posts that undermine my authority. He has no place to say how things should be run around here, it's not his place.

Not to mention i've had sevral different reports saying "Ch00bs said that he wants you and Jason out Lancet."

And I believe it. All he's been doing is slowing down the prosess. The clan is about to take yet another leap in recruitment, where we get a lot of new blood in. I don't want ch00bs to wreak that.

And in case you guys didn't notice, Ch00bs was one of the reasons sho left in the first place! Sho stood up for me, Sho believed in me. He respected me as a leader, and all Ch00bs did was tear my name down.

I will accept him back under the conditions that he apologizes for his words, and stops his crap. Otherwise he can hit the road, and whoever wishes to join him can.

Im sorry we havn't had events for the past 2 weeks, but the first weekend was Christmas and the second was New Years. I didn't want anyone to have to worry about trying to make it to a clan event when they had plans.

I miss Sho. I wish Sho was here to help me. He was a good member. Just because Ch00bs has a high combat level does not make him a good member. He doesn't respect me as a leader, or Jason as an advisor. He kept telling me that "Jason doesn't deserve his place, he doesn't do anything around here".

Well, he's one to talk, isn't he?

The point is, Ever since Ch00bs got back he's been on my nerves and fighting with Sho and helping him get so pissed that he leaves us was THE LAST STRAW.

I want his word that he will never pull another stunt like that again. The clan is mine until I eather step down or it blows up around me, and I don't plan on eather happening anytime soon.

I just wish I had a little more support around here.

Anyway, Im sorry you feel that way. The holidays are always a rough time on a clan, and yeah, before that I was kinda half-assed active. I had a lot of work. Life gets in the way sometimes.

But, im not really focusing on what i've done, im focusing on what im doing right now. Getting our name out there, getting more members, making more events, being more active.

Ch00bs just wanted me gone so that he could take over, and to do that he pointed out every single flaw I ever had.

Im not a perfect leader, I admit it. But, there is no "Perfect" leader. We're all human, we all make mistakes. But for Ch00bs to run around and point out every little mistake I ever made? Is that what you define as "Telling it like it is?"

It wasn't because he was "Giving me a bad name" as much as he wanted my spot as leader and that he helped sho walk out the door. That was the last straw. He's been giving me a bad name for about, 2 months now. I didn't suspend him until now.

I am with Lancet on this decision mostly because of two reasons.

1. Lancet is our leader no matter what and I stand besides him.
2. I really was sorry to see warlord go.

Lancet is our leader and until he resigns, or gets kicked out we all either listen to him or quit like cheatachu means to do. Jason is the advisor and he also deserves respect from each and every member. I am friends with choobs for the most part but I didn't like his last couple of actions. Considering his past behaviours towar TFS I'd say this was his second chance and he blew it.

Lance shows exceptional leadership, he deserves his post and to be recognized as a leader. THE leader of rsbc. I also admire Warlord for his faith on lancet. Warlord even mentioned on following wherever Lancet was to go if Lancet left the clan.

All I got to say is I stand by Lancet Mage and Jason all tthe way and think they are doing a great job so far with the clan until I find something to critizise. :mrgreen:

Now, Im sorry if you guys don't realize this but I am really trying to make this clan better. Im trying to weed out inactivity, trying to get fresh blood into the clan. Im trying to get our name out there. Im trying to make more events for our few P2P members.

But, I don't need people slandering my name every 5 seconds and doing that so much they cause others to leave because they don't want to put up with it.

you forget about me, im still here, **** choobs, he had a gay name anyways, bacon is cool, lancet is cool, this clan dosnt need choobs to survive, it just needs supportive members like you, warlord, i hope he does come back after all this is over, but choobs can choke and die on his own choobedness. lancet is the leader here, and hes got damn good leadership skills.
