He probly hasn't seen your application yet. Just be patient, if you meet the requirements you will be accepted soon enough.

Yea, he just needs to be added to the usergroup. Be patient and you should be able to see the rest of the forums in no time

There are a couple of other forums available when you register, and I won't give too much information or else you'll blow it.
