press the key labeled "prit screen" on you rkeyboard

then go to paint, paste the pic and save it

have fun on these boards and never get afraid of asking a question, any question bye

to post the picture go to www.imageshack.com and clikc browse

find the picture, clikc ok, and then click host it

to put it on the forums you coupy the code labeled "hotlink for forums" and then paste that code on your post
