You need to be p2p and in the black arm gang (way back from hero's quest)

I am sorry, I don't understand.
I passed the quest with the black arms gang, is that what you needed? If there is anyway I can help you complete that quest tell me and I will try. Good luck, good bye. Peace

ill do it! pm me in game l8r today hopefully ill be able to reply (im going rond my friends house im banned from comp at home (im at skool atm)) ive been looking for a pheonix for over a month (no all the time though i play casually not in a rush to get things done) cya l8r
