The update basically means that if you sell something to the general store only you can buy it back. No one else will see it. General stores now have almost no one in them, whereas they used to be crowded with people looking for random stuff.

I voted for the pie. And tbh I liked this update, I don't browse general stores for noob junk, only time I use stores is to buy stuff like vials, and I can do that without competition now. Also to whoever said it was stupid that prices raised as there was less in shop or something, It always has.

i hate hate hate (and ill say once more) HATE the personalized shops update.
if the arrows at the ge cant buy i like to go to the archery shop and buy it for a higher price... but NOOOOOO JaGeX just had to wreck the fun.
