I am currently trying to get 60 Attack and 99 Woodcutting, and make 3M at the same time.... which should I do first?

Depends, what is your current Strength and Defence level? I think WC though, because then you'll have moeny for training supplies.

Get 60 attack first and then 3 mil. You can make money training attack if you kill the right thing.

Depends...
if you're 59 attack, go for 60.
if you're 98 woodcutting, go for 99.
if you're a gp away from 3Mil, get another gp.
I would choose the most realistic goal that I could accomplish. If you're level one in attack and woodcutting with only 1gp, the choice is yours. It's important not to forget other goals but at the same time try to accomplish big goals (99 woodcutting) into baby steps because it helps.

Well, the money is for a Dragon Axe, and I need 60 Attack to wield it, and I want to get 99 Woodcutting faster

I say get 60 attack then start woodcutting yews or maples until 3M, then go for 99 woodcutting on willows or maples.

At the moment, I train woodcutting by Yews/ Magics/ Ivy... Though willows would be much easier and make the money for D Axe faster..

You don't need 60 attack to use a dragon axe, you only need 60 attack to wield it.

I vote 60 attack. It kinda is a good cap so you could use dragon weapons. In this case, if you ever get bored of 99wc and want to take a break, it'll be fun and easy with a good weapon.

why would you want inventory space? Ivy ftw.

I think the 99 wc goal is best, you will get some money even if you do ivy (nests) and if you don't hit your 3m goal by that time you will have 99 woodcutting so you can get it easily.

60 attack is probably the last of those i'd go for if I wanted 99 wc, ivy is the fastest way and you don't need to weild hatchet for it.

EDIT: oh the moneys for a dragon hatchet.
cut yews for the money using a rune hatchet, then buy dragon, then switch to ivy.

Even if woodcutting is your goal it would be better to have 60 attack, can be very useful.
