Googling "personality adjectives" will probably help. I've found some from a site: amicable, convivial, gregarious, affable, parsimonious, nonchalant, obtuse, abecedarian, truculent, pusillanimous, Machiavellian. They're not words you use everyday, but it certainly looks good in an essay.
