Lvl up help

Hi im new here.I know there is probaly already a thread about this.But how do i get quick lvl up for the attack and strengh defence please.I am a lvlv 31 and i want to know the easiet way to lvl up thxs if u can help.

Train on guards, cows, chickens, al-kharid guards in the castle near bank. That's all I can really think of. Those will help you level up really fast.

You could also train on cockroach workers, there lvl 8, but there a good place to train I here.
