I curently have 46 defense but i bought full granite and i need to wear i for a duel between me and this kid and i need 50 def in 24 hours so i need to know the best way to train money is a problem so i need help asap

Train on rock crabs. Or moss giants. And wrong section. ~reported~

You'll have more luck finding the response you need in the Runescape Help section.

If you're only after some quick defence exp, you could go to PC and earn a few points, it could only take you a few hours.

Or, as bip said, rock crabs are great, they won't hit you at all, so the food (and your money) won't be a problem, they have high HP and low defence which makes them great training.

Go into the stronghold of security, second floor, SE corner. The flesh crawlers auto attack for 15 mins, lots of them in the room, and hit for a maximum of 1 damage. They drop a lot of good herbs (including ranarrs) and a ton of fire runes which add up quickly. 46-50 defence will not take you long at all there.
