What armour can i get to make my range go up on f2p worlds

You should go with Hard Leather body (with 10 defense) and leather chaps. The gear gets better as you level up.

If you have 1 defense then try this:
Plain Leather Items
Oak Bow
Bronze arrows
Leather Gloves(optional)

If you Have 10 defense wear everything above except Plain Leather Items. Use Hard Leather instead.
