I think you have to go to lunar island and talk to the guy you started the quest with. :)

You have to change them at the pyramid in the desert, go up the stairs and around to the back of the pyramid. You can enter there and will be at the altar. If you can get a pharohs staff from pyramid of plunder then you can tele directly there.

Well, I drew up a little picture.

This is the area south of al-kharid.
The pyramid needs to be entered from the south side, from there, just pray at the altar and tele out of there.
