Back in '08, Chris handed out Legion of Doom's gift to all MOTM winners so far.
Giving me 7.50 on a paypal account.
In this dark era of pking, me being flat broke, I attempt to buy RS mems on RS via paypal.
It turns out you must enter a credit card to "verify" you account before using the acc. to buy members.

Does anyone know a way around this?
Or will anyone let me use their credit card? :D [/joke]

From what I've been told before, you have to have a credit card and go through aload of long questions to fill in etc. about it just to verifiy the thing. So I don't think there is a way around it. :P

It's only the US that have to verify before making transactions. Simple and only way around it is registering saying you're from another country.

So if you had registered as US, there is no way to send the money to a French account
Or changing the account to French?
Or anything like that?
