Best Attack Bonuses?

Can someone tell me what outfit/weapon gives the best attack bonus in the game? And also around how much it would cost/ level requirements.

At this link is a gear builder, also tells you the GE price of each item. Also good for telling you what your total stats/bonuses will be. You can work out the best effectively this way.

At this link you can sort each type of armour/weapon by its stats thus telling you which item is best for what you want.
