Is the heraldic rune armor made from Player Owned Houses (famially crest) nonmembers object?

only H1 to H5 rune,adamant,black items are non-members,

family crest heraldic ones are members only.

Then, why do you care? You aren't limited then. F2P can't get because they don't have access to POH but yea it's also a members object.
