when I try to subscribe with credit card and I input all my info it doesn't let me confirm, I tried on iPhone and it said connection timeout and on computer it said error page cannot display, so why won't it let me become a member ffs, I need to be one so I can get 99 STR....

Are you sure you filled in all the fields?
Double check to make sure the expiration date you input is the correct one. I've made that mistake.

Get off of the iPhone, I'm pretty sure you have to have a secure connection, and the iPhone cannot connect to https, so you'll have to do it on your desktop. Can you play RS on your iPhone anyways?
