If not, maybe ask your parents to buy the membership and give them the card?

Nah, Wallie-card stands for internet wallet card.
I think it would be under "Subscribe without Credit Card"

When i select it, it only gives me "paybycash" method.

Hmmmm, maybe it classifies the visa gift card as an actual credit card.

What exactly is written on the gift card? Like verification numbers or something?

well it says debit on the card, and it has numbers.
