I train on experiments in the expirement cave next to fenkenstrain's castle. They are level 25 and have 100 hp. The good thing is that the highest they hit is 1 and they almost NEVER hit that. You have to partially/completely finish "The Creature of Fenkenstrain" quest to enter the cave. It is a very easy quest. Good luck!

Try doing slayer. The task master you can use gives you assignment appropriate for your level. Builds combat, raises slayer (needed for certain quests like Royal Trouble) and drops tend to be more valuable that plain monster mashing. Some creatures need special equipment. Check Rune HQ for guide or wherever. Helps me focus my to-do list.

The best ways for you to lvl att would be slayer/experiments/and rock crabs. Maybe bandits if you can handle it.

train at experiments for good xp take an invent of sharks and you can get from 50 to 70 without having to go for food or die use a rune scim and full rune all the way unless you do lost city and then have ddp++ and full drag if you can afford
good luck jack

My only advice to you is to stick with it and grind it out. If you keep taking breaks or keep switching to different skills when you get bored, it'll seem to take a lot longer than it actually should.

Just throw some nice tunes on, and train on whatever you like really, I find attacking the same type of monster over and over again get's boring fast. It never hurts to change it up. :) Goodluck!

Pest Control is always good. Use the points you get from it on attack.
