What is the best way to get another player skulled?

This is anticipation of killing players at Draynor for their axes, for no better reason but, to ruin their day.

Well as I was saying; Does anyone have a good strategy?

Among some of my considered ones include;

A. Attack a WAY higher level player and let them bank. Ask if they wish to 1 on 1. Once they have their stuff out let them kill you.
Come back in 2-3 minutes, they will be woodcutting with a skull.
Boom.

B. Ask people woodcutting to kill you for a trip to lumbridge. Once they attack you, run in bank and log. Come back in a minute with stuff.


B is flawed because they will just tell you to attack them. A seems to work.

Any other ways to make players get skulls?

I just kill em when they're about to bank. That makes em mad.
You can tell him to help you kill another player and as soon as he attacks you kill him.

Go to a higher level person that you think you can own and tell them " I own you noob, get a life nerd. I can one hit you with a punch nerd. Aww little boy mad? Narb! You are such a noob, get a life."
This seems to get them mad and work sometimes.
