Hi! It's me again. I am still hard at work leveling up. I have surpassed my old account, Justiceman34, in combat level.
I am curious however: which skill the the best money maker if I have 99 at the skill? (Non-combat). Suppose I did all the quests.

Fishing. The raws sell for more than the cooked.

Cut mage trees at 99. You get a lot of money from it.

Runecrafting can make over 1M an hour at 99 but it takes over a year to get it to 99.

yer i agree with Shkabob1234 (http://www.rsboards.com/runescape-forum/member.php?u=8002) http://www.rsboards.com/runescape-forum/burta/statusicon/user_offline.gif vbmenu_register("postmenu_749575", true);
with runecrafting, once you get to 91 rc you can make around 1mil an hour depending on hour fast you are. Also fishing sharks once past lvl 76 (will be slow) can make you a fair bit of cash along with mining and wc. :)

I agree with Shkabob1234 and noddy05, runecrafting will get you loads of money! It might take long to get to 99 though... If you looking for something else then I suggest woodcutting coz you can make loads of money even when it is low.

Smithing once you're 99. Catch is getting the rune to smith. Mining tops out at rune level 85 with nothing after that. But those ores do sell for like 10k per but only a few in any world at a time. Like hunting: try finding a dragon imp in a hurry. of course, getting to 99 in any of those skills can rack up the gp.

i think that either rc at lvl 91 or higher or hunting at 62 or higher cuz of red chins.

^ yeah but it takes for ever to get rune ore to make the bars. so it will take forever to make the rune items.

Except you need 5 rune bars to make 1 plate.
I'd say fishing, mining, or RC.

Smithing is expensive - unless you mine it. I would definitely say mining. Rune bars are FTW. The problem is getting high enough to mine rune.
In that case fishing or wc because a 60-70 lev in those skills & you can cut yews and fish swordies. Those are both good money makers. Plus they sell really fast too. But some swear by runecrafting.
I guess it's your choice. Pros and cons with whichever one you choose.
