Why can`t I become a member?

Hello , as you don` know I`m 14 years old and my parents would NEVER let me pay for runescape. Actually I received my allocation credit card from school.And i tried it this summer.Tried it once I got the expiration date wrong,and the datas were refused.The second it says the code is invalid.Although it says at my card,valid only in romania,so I can`t pay for membership.Every time I try it says the number it`s invaid,and it`s correct number.I want to become a member. ! I created my paypal account but has 0 $ on it.I want to become member as soon as possible,the summer break will end soon :sad:

Theres always those Pay-To-Click websites. I don't know any. You could probly google it.

Also, you may have mistaken it by one number.

Another thing. You can also do Pay-By-Mail. I had to send it to U.S.A, and I live in Australia. They recieved it and I got my membership in a week.

And you could try doing Pay-By-Text, or something like that on your Mobile, so your parents don't find out.
