Stuck on Learning the ropes!

A couple of days ago I started to play Runescape again. When I came to the banking part I created tabs like it told me to do. I logged came on again the next day went on again and I couldn't acess my bank. Can anyone help me?:(

I don't have a clue how you could fix this.

Contact JaGeX and see if they can do anything about it.

Because You had allready did what you needed to do, theres no point doing it twice. So they wont let you.
