Fairy Ring codes

Does anybody know the fairy ring codes to get to the Gorak claw and the starflower places? (the places you go to get the ingrediants for magic essence). I can't remember them, and I've been searching the Runescape site and I can't find them.

BTW, once you teleport somewhere the code is kept in the list to the right of the screen, so I took a minute or two to teleport everywhere on the list. This way I always have that list online.
