WANTED! Quest

OMG, ok, this is making me so mad. I went to the temple in varrock but the zammorak mage isnt there?!?!? Then i went to canifis after going to the dungeon and the lady still wont tell me to search the area?!?! I'm confused. Can anyone help??

Ok thanks anyway, but I finally figured it out, took me about 5 hours, but i figurted it out, lol. You have to meet that guy in the wild first then he appears at the temple.

Just north of edgeville, lvl 4 wild follow that little river and he is at the end of it near a mine and some skeletons
