Ofc it does. It increases drop rate of all good things.
Best to take training if your going for cash, not exp.

It doesn't.
It's either your character is bugged, and you should seek assistance now, or your just not noticing.

Nope.

This ring will increase the chance of rare monster drops (such as dragon items) by 20% and increase the chance of obtaining higher coin drops. It will not make your clue rewards better or increase your chances of getting a clue.

well out of 100 fire gaints with weath i got 4 rune scimmys.

But in all honesty it does help, or at least it helps me. I've made a good deal of money ranging ice giants while wearing a ring of wealth. Got a lot more rune scims (never a dragon item though...I'm beginning to think that they don't hold them) and half keys.

It increases your chance of a better drop - not guarantees it.
Also, things like clue scrolls have a low monetary value, so the Ring of Wealth doesn't help if it's clues you're after. But I always wear mine while Slaying.

You kill creatures. Every creature in Runescape has a chance to drop one, apart from critters such as, chickens etc.
