Its hard to choose, recomendations?

Hm. Soldiers have insane defense, making them normally unsuitable for training on. However, because they drop Rune items, they can be good for a quick buck if necessary. Truly, if you want to level faster, I'd go with Giant Spiders, although I have no idea what those are =/

Cockroaches for some training and quite alot of $$$.

For quick exp where you can do other things while on rs go for giant spiders.
Cockroach soldiers are slower exp, still good though, but are good if you want drops.
Its your- choice drops or -power exp
