Confused on combat

Okay these are two screen shots of me in two worlds - one is members and one is non members...taken just now. I went to a free world to mine some normal essence because I wanted to.

Take notice of the combat level - this is my current combat level {check sig for verification}

Now check the combat level again - this was just when I switched worlds.

My question is - why has my combat fallen 3 levels? I have been training for the last 3 months in members areas, but I didn't think that would affect anything. I noticed this when someone called me a level 65...when I checked I was stood next to a Level 71 at the time.

So yeah anyone had this happen to them, and more to the reason - anyone know why?

If you are a member, and you trained summoning, if will boost your combat level, but only in members worlds.

^Exactly. And seeing as your summoning is 19, that's 3 combat levels you'll see in P2P, but not F2P.

ya they pretty much explained it,the summoning raises your combat level but only while your in members worlds,if you go to a f2p world it goes back to your regular combat level
