alright i was wondering if the skill capes were members only or were for f2p too, and is there one for every skill? and if there members only can u still do the emote while in f2p,and how much does it cost to buy one if u do have to buy it?

Skill capes are for members only. Yes there is one for every skill, and also one for completing all the quests.

You can still do the emote in F2P even though they are members. It costs 99k to buy a skill cape/quest cape with the hood.

I wish they were f2p also so when my mem is up I could take it off and put it back on without it saying members object.

Ya, I think they should be F2P. Or at least some of them.

I doubt it. Most of the skill capes you get in P2P areas. It started out in P2P and Jagex wouldn't want to make them F2P, not even some.
