If so and you don't care about drops. then experiments offer great xp and are real easy to kill. They only drop bones though, but if I remember corectly they give 400 xp each.

Lessers and Baby dragons are quite good defense training. However baby dragons are members - but if you want a good lesser hunting ground - Karjama's port Musa point has a volcano - has loads don't there

Anywere where it is good to train melee i suppose.
Try Yaks, High Crator Pc and Dagganoths for members, that's where my friend got his 99 defence.
