does the ammy of acuracy actually improve your acuracy? or just giv you bonus'?

I think it gives you a little accuracy boost but not enough to do something.

ya, not too much, basically for fashion I guess, and to sell

It just improves your Range and Attack stats. So, basicly it does make you more accurate, but not by a great deal.

Well, yeah it does 'cos it boosts the things you need to hit more often; attack stats.
