whats the best way to train hitpoints
also is there a way to train hitpoints alone?

you cant train hitpoints just by themself you just get them whenever you attack,doesnt matter which style you use

99 is the highest hp level,its the highest level for any skill ,except combat level

Hitpoints is best trained with range tbh.

For every one damage that you deal, you get 1.33 hp exp.

Just train all of your stats without non hp ways. Like don't go to Pc as it's less HP and don't do high alc for mage etc. Or train HP at PC by spending you points on it. :)

But I have seen lvl 70's in bh with 99 hp

Just train all combat skills except for magics high alch and the other mage non cb spells.

im lvl 71 with 59 hp i find it better to fight with range to lo level up hp as range affects yor combat lvl less than att, str and def
