Do air running on World 16 - i'm there now =]
go to the Grand Exchange and buy 500 Rune essence and a Air Tiara and Air run on world 16. When you enter the alter, look for some1 saying "8x -RSN Here" and if you'd like look them up on hiscores to make sure they have atleast 78 (I believe) runescrafting then you right-click "Assist" and Runecraft your ess then.

Train on cows to build your low level with minimal damage. Fill up with the hides and sell on GE. They go for 600 gp per or more depending on demmand. 600 X 28 = not bad for building combat. Wanna build prayer, too? Bury bones in pasture but beware mean randoms. Wanna fill up twice as fast? Take the raw beef and sell on GE where people buy to feed dogs or make blood leech pouches. Or stop by the farm between Lumby and Varrock and gather raw chickens and sell on GE. Fowl pouches need those.
If member--do slayer. The drops are wicked good.
There are ways to earn money in Lumby with recent updates. Haven't chekced that out.
