You mean a mithril crossbox, I figure. Are you a member? If so, do the Fishing Contest quest, and you'll get access to a tunnel under White Wolf Mountain. There's a crossbow salesman in the bar down there.

Aside from that, either try the Grand Exchange or go to the Boards' Fletching Market and start a new thread saying you'll buy one. Best of luck!
