need help training melee (f2p)

I need help training my melee stats
attack-50
strength-59
defence-48

I want to get my strength to 70,attack to 60 and defence to 60,but attack and defence first
whats a good way to train them?somewhat quickly if possible but im not a member
My combat level is 64 about to be 65
Please help

train on high level monsters....like lesser demons in karajama volcano dungeon

i train on lessers every so often
i guess ice warriors in the dungeon near port sarim are good, they're level 57

i try to train on monsters close-ish to or higher than my combat level...

I have 60 atck 51 def and 63 str and have never been a member try traning on moss giants or lessers then go to cokroaches

Cockroaches are very nice for a few reasons:
1. Three levels of roach - you can heal a bit by fighting the littler guys without stopping the fight.
2. Nice drops. Many are stackable.
3. Bank nearby. Sooooo handy.

Drawbacks: Busy. You may have to world-hop, depending on the time of day you play.

The Ice Giants and Ice Warriors in the blurite mine are rarely busy, but further from a bank.

I know a lot of people who love the roaches, too. The big ones at first and then the middle ones when low on food/health. Fishing (bait/lure) just south of there in barb village with fire in hall or helmut hut. Lessers are good and you can load with high level fish at dock and fall back to mossies when beat up some. But SigO is right: it's not exactly on the beaten path in ftp.

That's way too-crowded to be effective training for leveling. However, prayer leveling is good there...but waterborn didn't state that.

yeah true hill are always way crowded even on worlds with barely any people and i dont need to train my prayer :pbthh: im fightin roaches the level 83 and so far i already got a rune sq

umm the roaches and ice giants/warriors rarely ever have any people there or just when im there,sometimes theres some people on the 56's but never any on the 83's
