i sell mine at the grand exchange, i sold 4300 and they went almost instantly

With the GrandEx, sometimes you have to plop down the goods and walk away for a while. The buyers come and go, so don't hang around waiting for the willows to sell. Go off and play, and let your broker do the work.

There's also the Fletching market here on the Boards, but logs usually move pretty well in the game.
