looking for help on what to train on p2p and f2p

strength-24 or 25 can't remember
it would really be helpful it if i could find some good monsters to train on i don't really care about the drops but good ones would be nice

P2p or F2p?
For P2p I'd go with rock crabs. For F2p I suppose cows... just cuz you'll make some cash off the hides.

I remember starting from high level mice to level 13? zombies when I could wear mith or addy. Then after I was lvl 45 I did d-slayer and from there level 21 skeletons, then 24? zombies, 28 spidies, then I afk train at flesh crawlers.
p2p? experiments from that creature of frenkenstein quest. pwnage monster.

F2P: Monks, it's free heals!

P2P: I would go with rock crabs. They are a bit easier to kill than the experiments.

Well first u have to be a member, than u have to go to frankenstein's castle. And go to the dungeon, there will be theses monsters down there. They have very low attack and def but, very high health. I trained my magic lvl on them grew from 50 to 60 in 4 days.

I would suggest flesh crawlers(LV28) for F2p or P2p, but that may be too high a level.

They Can Drop:
Grimy Ranaar= about 6000gp (P2p) :$eyes:
4-6 iron ore noted= about 95 gp each
42 fire runes= 9gp each (very common, usually comes with herb)
