The desert, south of Lumby near fishing tutor (free nets on ground) or Draynor for ftp. If you want to do Pirate Preasure quest, grab 30 gp, talk to the pirate in Port Sarim and then bring yr fishing gear to Karmaja.
Catherby is great for ptp.
