Do not waste your time, they probably get messages like this by the hour and ignore them.
They have recently increased the bank space, live with it or get P2P lol ;)

The only way to contact them is to post on the forum which is members only.

Fortunately, JaGeX gave you 8 pieces of bankspace months ago...it was shrouded in the fact that the wilderness was removed.

As JaGeX adds more holiday event items and some other random items for F2P, eventually they'll raise it again. They're not THAT mean...they gave F2P F.O.G. when I thought is was gonna be P2P only.

Don't try contacting JaGeX, you'll almost certainly get an automated response.
