whats the quickest way to get 70 range from 61?

Try killing Fire Giants at the Baxtorian Falls. It's a good place because the Fire Giants have very low defense. They hit a little hard but there are tables you can hide behind. The drops there are also fantastic.

Time-wise. I don't know how fast you can kill them but you need to take down near 1,000 in all for 60-70
