need ur help how to make a defence noob!

heyy guys now i got a new account called "defencernoob" and im trying to make it defence noob..but i use iron simmy and this hits so bad so?
so i wanna know do i have to lvl up my att till lvl 40 so i use rune scimmy?

That won't be a defense noob. They train defense only. It takes a lot of patience though...

Ok dude, get an iron dagger and the best armour you can wear and head off to cows/monks. Only train defence and hp, not attack and strength or another skills.

You'll look awesome at combat level 17 because you will be able to wear rune!
