Wasup? I'm alching steel bodies for xp not money(Mining pure essence seems faster for $.) But anyway I'm trying to get lots of coal for smithing. Does anybody know where the fastest place to mine coal is? I'm torn between mining at coal trucks west of Seers village, and the mining guild. Both seem pretty fast. Or maybe there is a faster way I'm unaware of. Open to all suggestions. Thanks people.

I use both equally. Lately, though, I've been training attack on cockroach soldiers and they've dropped me about an extra 100 in noted coal, lol! Not great for power-production, but still funny. If you get tired of mining and want to kill something, do them. You can probably trade with other players for some other drops you get, too.

Yes. There is a Mining Guild beneath Falador. It is accessible by the ladders south of the large Fally bank, and from the guarded gate in dwarven mines. It requires 60 mining and is the home of several mithril rocks and MANY coal rocks.

The coal trucks of course ;).
It's not crowded at all and no requirment :D.
If you want to get your coal from the trucks faster and have a good agility level, use the log obstacle :P.
The mining guild is crowded...

Sounds reasonable.
As much as I like the Guild's being near a bank, sometimes it is too crowded.
