Rune scim is the best wep for f2p or if u want a slower wep the rune baxe

I guess rune battleaxe is best after scimmy, but if you're going for style, I'd pick a rune warhammer. Warhammers are just awesome! :D

try a rune long, it's only a tad slower, and it hits 1 higher.
But I assume your f2p.
