composite ogre bow

I have used this bow before to kill chompy birds, but now when I go to use it, I keep getting the message "this bow looks too powerful, you're now sure you should use it yet". I've used it in the past, but now I can't wield it! Any ideas?

Your arm got owned and now you can't wield a bow.

As a matter of fact, I have no idea for this one...Maybe Jagex changed the level requirement?

No, thats a diffrent bow for another quest... Zogre flesh eaters.... I think?

Thanks for the replies guys - I figured this out, and it was my own mistake.

After I finished the Zombie Ogre quest, I knew how to make an Ogre comp bow. But I never did use it - I used only the regular Ogre bow for chompy kills, and thought it was the composite bow. After the quest is over, you have to go back and talk to Grish, who will then teach you how to use the composite bow. It's a bit misleading - one Ogre teaches you to make it, and another Ogre teaches you how to use it.

Your can read your kill "score" for chompies on either bow, which adds to the confusion.

Anyway, it's good now.

Guys, the bow you used was an Ogre Bow.

The composite kind is a different quest.
