I lost the hability to speak in my characther and so I would like to know if there is somwthing that i can do to have it back !!

Wrong section, and you probably got owned by a mod. Appeal all your black marks.

go to the account managment section of the homepage and go to appeal offence/ban and then type ina nice heartwarming paragraph explaining that you did not do it and if you get any of them appealed then you should be unmuted and if you dont get any of them appealed then well you will be muted and if you do anything else then you will be banned

First: control your temper and improve your choice of words. The most common offense from workaday players is potty mouth. To counter this, as suggested, appeal eloquently through the account managment section on RS main page. Tell them you FELT provoked and realize it was all inappropriate and it ought not to happen again and yada yada yada. If you're a scammer or chronic dirty talker, you won't last long anyway. If you lent your acct to someone, you'll be gone soon, too.
