I hope this belongs in help forum. Anyway I was wondering if anyone had seen any info on what would be a smart order to do quests in. I have less than 70 quest points and like doing quests. But was wondering if there was a list or guide for a smart or efficient order to do quests...seeing as some have prerequisites. Hope this makes sense. Any help will be greatly appreciated. If it matters ...I'm interested in doing all the quests. Thanks.

I found one once, but I can't remember where.
I suggest going to Tip.it, going to quest guides, checking off all quests you have done, and save it. Then go to the quest calculator and fill in all of your stats. Submit that and a list of all quests you can do will come up in green and quests you can't do in red. Then go down the list and find quests that are rated easy or that you feel like doing. Then just keep going over it doing the quests that you want to do.
That is what I did.

tipit or rune hq do have lists and walk throughs. Do the ones listed as "easy." You talking all free or all quests, including members? There are prerequisites for some like 49 firemaking for Tears of Guthix and 40 slaying for the Royal Trouble , the third in the kingdom trilogy. Read the descriptions and see which ones look good to you. And which ones you are quailified to do. Good luck.

I like using RuneHQ, for its format. It tells me what I need to do the quest, how complex and how long it is, and what the rewards are.
I made a list of the skills I wanted to work on, and the quests that get rewarded, so I can make a plan of attack.
