i would say best wep may be mage try to get your mage up but th armor sucks but it would be a better wep but it costs alot for the runes ( actually not that much but its alot for a newby

Instead of wearing gloves wear the best vambs you can possible with your addy armor and weapon...vambs give better def bonus then gloves
