well wasnt it made around 2001? i remember my classmates talking about it the day 9/11 happened (we are in Canada and were in grade 5 so we didnt find out about the attack til after school)

Well Runescape Classic was released at the turn of the year in 2001. January 4th, if Wikipedia serves to be accurate. Runescape 2 (the one you probably play) was released 24 March 2004.

half the time wiki is wrong (oh funny thing about wikipedia my friend thought it was a witchcraft site since it was WIKI pedia)

But not Wicca-pedia? Under a wiki-entry, there is supposed to be footnotes and a History tab for the writing and commentary of each article. Does anyone know if those authors are authoritative? Sadly, some authors are 'waaaaaay to sketchy! My bits at least are documented (under User: david.cormier)

Not possible? IV played since 2001 on RS2

Well, no. It's possible that you played Runescape Classic but Runescape 2 didn't come out 'till 2004.

It was made by Andrew Gower in 1998/1999 in his Mom's basement (Lol it's true), under the name Devious Mud, which it was later remade into what is now Runescape Classic, which was released in 2001, then reworked and recreated into Runescape 2 in 2004. There's also a fake rip of Runescape called MoparRune, although I don't know when it was made, and there also a fake Runescape 3, which was made in 2007.

Well, no. It's possible that you played Runescape Classic but Runescape 2 didn't come out 'till 2004.

Maby ur right.... Im not sure its ben A LONG time :D
