Pure Strength questions! Plz answer =)

Hello everybody. I just recently made a pure strength about 4 months ago and i have just recently been worried (not as in obsessed worried) he is a "stuffed up" pure str. I was a lvl 43, 49 str, 44 attack 1 def got owned by a lvl 42 normalm he had full addy and addy 2h.

His stats right now:
52 str (nearly 53 str)
44 attack (should i get it to 45 and leave it?)
1 def ( i know pure's should leave it at 1 but can i get it to def lvl 5 or 10? i don't think it would affect my combat lvl going up right? because i'll be needed quite a lot exp to get to next cb lvl)
43 hp
44 combat
9 range ( i thought pure's needed ot have 40 range but couldn't be bothered to)

well u see, most of my questions r already there:

1. Should i get my attack to 45 and leave it there?
2. can i gte my def upto lvl 5 or 10? I want to know if it will affect my combat lvl or my str pure, i don't want my cb lvl to go up without a few str lvls per each cb lvl.
3. ANy room for improvements? Any advice? but not to hard like getting str to 60 and stuff, cause that's super hard for me

Go to www.tip.it/runescape and click on special calcs...there shud b a combat calc and that shud tel u if ur combat will go up...hope it helps

yah, oh and keep from going over 65 combat, so you can pown at bounty hunt, at the lvl3-65 arena. My suggestion is be a dds pure. 60 att, 80 str, and like 55 combat =]

If you go up defence lvls it will absolutely effect your combat lvl. Every around 4 lvls defence will add a combat lvl so be careful there.

hmmmmmmmm............i thought it was experience that counts to the next lv, not amount of lvls.....oh well, ok then

Btw, i'm an F2P was P2P for 1 month

Any better equipment? I was thinking of getting def to 5 so can wear steel, but it'll stuff me up
