well if you know where seers village is then from the bank just go a little south and there is even a spinning wheel in the house directly north of the church graveyard p.s. if you can tele to camelot then just go on the road west where u are teleported 2 if you cant tele to camelot then look at the world map

The best place I have found is in the elves village(can't remember the name), it's right outside the bank and is hardly anyone ever there.

yah do wut pirate said and then go to lumby bank to spin it if u want...good training until bout 50 crafting or so...not as good cash flow as used to be but still money
