I know there's the docks on Karamja. There's a small part of the Karamja island that's f2p, and it has fishing spots that allow lobstering.

well, theres a little known spot that i stubled upon not too long ago

theres a place in the wild where you can fish lobsters and swordfish


its right before the lesser demons

and just east and slightly north of clan wars
and south of the cape selling guy

im not kidding you, ive caught lobbies there
